hi Gang

Glad to be a part of this community site what a awesome site. Just the knowledge on here is unbelievable. I been doing this for about a year now i have 3 SFR under my belt my goal now is to have 100 SFR in 5 yrs or less. Two of them i brought on land contract the other one in a LLC but all 3 now are in a LLC So if you have any good deals let me know who know what will happen.
