Hi all,

I am new to the real estate world. My only other investments have been my education and the stock market; I'd like to expand on other opportunities for financial growth and develop a path that will lead to financial freedom. Reading a few books on real estate, inquiring with local investors, and finding this networking platform has me hooked in delving into real estate.

My goal here is to learn from this network and return the favor. There is a local real estate group called REX and I have attended my first meeting. Along with that, I've worked out a mentor-ship deal with my parent's long time landlord. With that said, I'd just like to see if there are many Alaskans here in BP who use this platform and expand from there.

As far as what my niche is, I am preparing to attain a multifamily home that which I can reside in also. I plan to have some cash flow and take advantage of the possibility of living in a home for free or little cost while in college. If there are any fellow college students who are in this niche also, what are your experiences? Feel free to ping me and it is nice to meet you all in the BP community.
