Interested in learning more about Real Estate investing. Not looking to dive in with a huge investment but leaning towards single family home investments for renting. Any and all help is appreciated.

Hi @John Walborn

Welcome to BP! Have you checked out the getting started guide? https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investin...

It's free and has a wealth of information! The first thing to do is to start meeting other local investors and to start analyzing deals!

There are plenty of models and calculators available here and on other sites, but look into your financial goals and start to set some criteria. Then jot that down into a business plan to keep yourself honest as you grow.

My first one is in a blog post on BP: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/8534/50861-bus...

Let me know if you have any questions or if you need anything at all! I'm newer to the game, but all of those first time questions are fresh in my head!

Best,

Tony
