Hi everyone!

My name is Collin and I'm a newbie 24 year old investor from Conway, AR.

I am a recent college grad, baseball coach and just now beginning my REI career. My buddy introduced me to BP about 3 weeks ago. I began listening to the podcasts, taking the free courses and next thing I know, my wife and I are under contract with our first property! This is a great community and I'm thankful for what I've learned so far. I'm looking forward to getting more involved in the forums as well as meet some local investors!
