My name is Justin Murie and my brother and I are currently working on our 11th fix and flip in the Salt Lake Valley. We're always looking for the next property to bring back to life.

We usually try to stay in the middle of the valley on the east bench 

We tend to do the major remodels 1950-1975 1800 to 3500 square feet (high end of low end)

We usually just fix and flip these homes but are changing up our strategy to keep 1-2 properties as rentals per year.

We also do some rehab management for other investors when it works out.
