Hi, I am Chad Cleveland and I live in LaFayette, Georgia which is close to Chattanooga, Tennessee and not far from Atlanta, Georgia. I am in my mid 20's and working a part time job. I have been interested in Real Estate for the past five years and am excited to have found the BiggerPockets community. My interest is in Wholesaling and eventually I would like to Flip houses and Own & Manage Rental Property. I am seeking knowledge, advice, and networking opportunities from the BP community.
