Currently, I'm looking for properties in the Hampton Roads area. I'm looking for great deals in the surrounding cities. I am also a Realtor. I have pulled about 40 names of cash buyers from the MLS. Once I get a couple deals under my belt, I would like to venture into virtual wholesaling as well.
