My wife is making very good money in network marketing and we are looking to start investing that money into real estate. I have always wanted to invest in rental property but never thought I could. I am happy to be here to learn as much as I can from you fine folks and all the resources this site provides. Also looking forward to making my first investment as soon as possible. Sweet name. I would love to start networking so anyone you know that could help I would love to talk with them. I will look into the local REIA. Thanks for the advice!
