Thank you Brandon! I am looking to invest in Utah and salt lake county maybe some Washington county because I have spent lots of time living in those counties. As far as returns I am just looking to not have to work but I am still new I what to expect on returns. I will touch base with you soon and we can talk for sure! Thank you! Right now I am interesting in single family units. Start small and go from there. I hope to own a few mutli family units in the future.

My wife is making very good money in network marketing and we are looking to start investing that money into real estate. I have always wanted to invest in rental property but never thought I could. I am happy to be here to learn as much as I can from you fine folks and all the resources this site provides. Also looking forward to making my first investment as soon as possible.
