New Member North New Jersey
Hello, I've been a reader and podcast listener but never introduced myself. My goal is to become a buy and hold investor in small multi family units. Otherwise I work on a boat towing barges up and down the east coast. My schedule is either a major handicap or a huge advantage depending on how you look at it. I work 2 weeks on the boat with limited cell reception and 2 weeks off with zero work.
New Jersey is fairly expensive so I may not be looking somewhere else very soon but right now I am looking at a 4 unit multi family all 2 bedroom 1 bath units. I would probably house hack to get started.
