New to both BP and RE investing

I am a new investor in the 757 area code of Virginia. My interests are with flipping and holding single family homes, multi-family homes, and small apartment complexes for now. Once things start flowing, I would like to expand to commercial apartment investing. My goal is 50 units and $1Mil net worth in 15 years. That seems like a reasonable goal that won't stretch me too thin. If things start off and look like that goal needs to be adjusted, it most certainly will be.
