Contractor/Agent

I am a licensed real estate agent (currently inactive) in Northern California. My husband is a General Contractor. I am the CFO of our business Uniquity Builders, Inc. We have been building and remodeling in the Central Valley for over 25 years. We have had partners in the past on real estate deals. Some successful, some not so much. We are currently interested in flipping houses in the Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Modesto area. We will eventually move into using the BRRR strategy. Looking for HML and private money lenders that we can trust. May be open to partners in the right scenario that works as a win-win for both of us. Looking forward to learning from Bigger Pockets and its members.
