Hey guys Im looking to buy my first home at a foreclosure auction. Me and my soon to be wife will live in it and fix it up. The plan is to do a little house hacking and a long term flip. I had been listening to the podcast for a long time and I figured now that im getting serious about buying a house I should probably get involved with the community and find some answers to my many questions.
