New To Bigger Pockets, San Jose Real Estate Investor with 7 SFH

Hello.  I'm new to Bigger Pockets.  I'm a Real Estate Investor, Realtor, Entrepreneur. I have 7 out of state passive income producing single family homes.  I've spent most of my career working in Information Technology but am currently transitioning to a Full Time career as a Realtor.  My first flip was in Sacramento in 2004.  I flipped this for 2 homes in the phoenix metro.  I immediately flipped these homes into 7 brand new homes located in 3 different states in 2005-2006.  TN, NM and NC.
