Hello BP.  I am a new member looking to get started in Multi -Family and/or SF homes in New Haven County.  My goal is to buy 1 or 2 properties per year for the next 10 years to buy and hold.   I have been doing my work on the area and homes and hope to buy my first property in the next 3-4 months.  Hope to connect w like-minded people on BP.  Best, Jack.
