Hello all, I'm thrilled to meet everyone as I embark on this new journey to financial freedom! I currently have a full time job, but luckily, it only occupies 3 days a week.
I bought a condo in the South Park area of Charlotte, and I have noticed that the property's value has risen 60k in 3 years. Renting seems to be the area I'd like to be in. How do I get liquid cash to buy a new home? Should I obtain a real estate license? And, how would I get in touch with other successful landlords in my area? For mentor purposes. Thanks all!
