Hi all,

I'm new to BP and Real Estate Investing. Looking to learn as much as I can from here and everyone on here. Hoping to close my first deal by the end of the year but I know there's a lot I still need to learn to get into it right.

Would love to get everyone's insight on the best way for a complete newbie to find, analyze, and close their first deal. Right now I'm studying NPN's and wholesaling, mainly because I have no capital and know very few methods to raise it.

My overall goal, I'm sure many of you have, is to build enough cash flow to never have to work for someone else again.

I hope to learn a lot from you all and to be able to provide my knowledge and experience to others in the future!

Thanks in advance!

Alan
