I am starting my real estate career and I am planning on getting my real estate liscense. I have no background in real estate and trying to learn everything from the internet, reading rich dad poor dad, and listening to the podcasts. I was wondering if you had any tips for me. Maybe things to do and things to avoid as a beginner. I have a couple of questions: When getting a real estate license should I study through a class setting or online? After I get my license in California, do I have to go to a broker for a minimum amount of months?
