I'm a junior at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in marketing.  I became obsessed with entrepreneurship in high school and found some moderate success in the online business world.  Used my profits from that to put a down payment on a property near campus last year which I now rent the extra rooms to my friends to cover my mortgage and then some.  Was nice to be making money each month instead of paying it out for rent, and it got me into the realm of real estate investing.

Now I'm looking to master wholesaling and turn that into a full-time income before I graduate.  Just got my first property under contract a couple days ago so I'm here to connect with local investors as well as learn everything I can about the business!
