Hello fellow BP members, It is great to stumble upon this website. I have been listening to lot of podcast since I found this website last week. I am interested in investing in turnkey properties out of state as NJ is expensive to invest in with consideration of property tax. Hope to learn a lot and connect with people.

Welcome @Shyam Patel! Do you have a favorite podcast so far? You should give Engelo Remora's podcast (#89) a listen. From what I can recall it's the podcast that delves the most into turnkey properties. Podcast 191 also touches on it some, but from the horror story perspective.
