Hi everyone, my name is Jeff and I want to look into investing in flipping and real estate in the Waco, Fort Hood and Austin area.  I am not a licensed real estate agent but have cash for investing.  I do not want to flip on my own but want to partner with experienced flippers or someone who is up and coming.  I would also consider partnering in other real estate investment.  I look forward to learning as much as I can from all of you.  Thank you.

If you can make the time, there is a local Killeen MeetUp that meets every first and third Thursday at El Chico. Nothing fancy - usually 6-12 people just having lunch. I'm a Realtor in the area and try to make as many as I can.
