HI guys,

Short intro about me, I'm just your average Korean American college guy who is very open minded.. bit too much open minded.. i like taking risks and at the same time learning from mistakes to improve my self to get stronger and better. "I hate losing, but when i do lose i take my time going through each and every step of it's process from the ground up- why i have lost."

For the past a year or 2 i been wondering allot about investing my time into real estate. I been just researching here and there every so often on my free time and now i really want to get start on it. I guess i can consider my self a "newbie" but i am bit informed about few of the key term that are used in real estate and the meaning and the definition behind each term. I'll gladly take any kinds/sorts of information that is out there on tips to w/e there is to get started, what is needed~ the good and the bad. Thanks yo
