Looking for deals

I am an aspiring real estate investor I own a 1/1 condo that I am renting out. My plan is to flip my mortgage in to a heloc and pay it down twice as fast cause it's no longer front loaded. Use that equity to purchase more. I have opened mutiple lines of credit for rehabs. I'm partnered with 3 other guys we are on our way to opening a LLC our company name is ARI aloha real estate investors building relationships 1 investment at a time.
