Hi Everyone,

My name's George Folk, and I'm in the process of buying my first Buy and Hold property. I'm 22, work full time, and will be investing part time for now.

While I am very excited to start my career in real estate, I know that one buy and hold property is not going to cut it. I am interested in advancing quickly and am looking into flipping/wholesale to add some extra cash to finance future buy and hold deals.

I am completely open to any and all advice, especially if you're in my area.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to being a part of this community!

George,

Good to hear some new blood coming into the game. Are you investing in Dunmore area? That is a great market. Dunmore has benefited for Scranton's failures.

I am heavily weighted in the Scranton market and could offer you any advice with this area and anything you need.

Good luck!
