Good Day Bigger Pockets Community!! My name is Juan. In the past I have specialized in buy and hold but have done other variations as well. I look forward to being a part of this community and sharing my experience of creative deals and creative financing. One of my most exciting was purchasing, owning and flipping 5 condos in Oklahoma over 5 year span without ever physically seeing the properties or ever visiting the State of Oklahoma. Like my mentor always says, "The Game is Good!" My first purchase of investment Real Estate was while I was in Grad School within a small investment group of 3 partners.
