I'm still in college and graduate in May. I don't have a job yet. I barely have any money. BUT, I intern at a mortgage company and have been introduced to the world of real estate and real estate investing. I understand how lucrative it can be if done right. What i want people to know is that i want to learn. I want to learn what it takes to be a great real estate investor. I want to learn the do's and don'ts. I want to learn the math. I want to learn the relationships i should build. I want to learn as much as possible before i graduate so i have enough education on the subject before i start investing. If anybody would like to chat with me about how to get started and other things that would be awesome. Thanks!
