Hi Bigger Pockets, I've been listening to the podcast for about half a year! I'm doing my real estate investing part-time(during weekend or after my day job). Now I have 3 properties (1 H&L, 1 condo, and 1 lot to be develop) which I need to improve the cashflow. Hope I can gain more knowledge and friends/partners from this community.
