Hello BP,  I'm 22 and have finished school, I am a newbie when it comes to real estate investing. I have attended a couple of BP webinars, and have finished the beginners introduction to real estate investing. I am located in the North Dallas/ Fort Worth Area, I'm mainly interested in buy & hold investment properties, and flipping. I am always willing to listen to others experiences, and am willing to network with other investors.
