Hey Everyone! My name is Rosemary and  I have always been interested but I have just recently committed to this interest. I literally just finished my real estate course over this past weekend and now taking the time to study so I can go pass my test the first time around. I want to invest in real estate in various ways from flipping houses, rental properties, buy and hold, and even wholesaling. The WHY to my commitment is to begin building long-term wealth that will stay in my family.
