Motivated New(ish) Investor in York, PA

Hello, BP Community! I'm a loan originator with a long-established boutique brokerage in Hanover, PA and have done a few buy-and-hold deals so far. To move myself more quickly toward my buy-and-hold goals, I'd like to start flipping.

I'm very interested in networking with experienced flippers in the York area. Although I've lived in southern York County for the past 5 years, I'm not that familiar with the city of York, so my main goal at this point is to learn which neighborhoods in and around the city are most opportune for finding good flips.

I'd be excited just to meet over coffee and run things past each other . . . share stories about our past deals, lay out future goals, and toss around strategies for mutual feedback. I'm also interested in discussing what I might be able to offer anyone who could help me where I need help with market information.
