Hi, Juan from Rochester NY. In Real state 3 years. Looking to grow as an investor. Current interest are wholesaling and buy and hold. I look forward to grow my business through client relations and through investor networking. One thing I plan on working to develop is the tenant screening process. Finally over analysis paralysis, now lets make some deals.
