My name is Bryan and I'm excited to be a member of BiggerPockets.com. I'm a newbie looking to network and learn more about Real Estate Investing. I work full time in the Land Department at a major upstream Oil & Gas Company in Houston. I'm interested in Buying and Holding properties in my local area. I can't wait to meet new people and hope to build new relationships.

Welcome to BP! This is a great place to get started with your investing goals! Are you only looking locally long term, or do you ever think you might branch out to other markets with different ROIs?

Right now I just want to focus in my local area. Since I'm a bit familiar with this market, I would like to get my feet wet here first in this market, then see how it goes from there. I'm looking for long term cash flow by buying and holding since I work FT.
