New CA/AZ Investor Looking to Wholesale

Hello TO ALL,

First things first, my name is Ron, HOWDY!  I'm currently residing in Yuma, Arizona and plan to relocate back to home to Oakland/bay area,California by early next year 2017. I recently just passed the CA licensee exam and I'm looking to receive my license soon. I have been on the fence for the last year and a half in regards to investing and I finally decided to take the dive and just go for it! I've spent majority of that time in analysis paralysis (I'm sure many of you can relate) and I've listened to many BP podcast, bought books from, J.Scott, Brandon Turner, Frank Gallinelli, Gary Keller (to name a few), signed up and completed the Jay Morrison Academy; however I still haven't done my first deal. After listening (once again) to the, 22 1/2 Actionable Steps Newbie Investors Can Do Today BP podcast episode #142 I decided to get into action , thus HERE I AM! Baby steps!

My goal before the year ends is to at least make some offers in AZ on SFR 3/2, utilizing the wholesaling strategy I learned from Brandon Turners book -No & Low Money Down. Gaining some real world experience (and MONEY possibly ;) ) before moving back home to the bay area!
