I've worked in property management for the last 8 years in Beaumont, TX and have ran the company for the last 4. This includes all 3 branches, 27 employees, and 1,100 rent properties in our company portfolio. Unfortunately i reached a point in my Beaumont career where I was unable to advance any further. I ran my company and could only advance further if i owned it. This was not an option for me so my business partner and I decided to move to Houston and see what we can build here. We look forward to networking and meeting new and seasoned investors not only to learn everything we can about this market and investing in general but to provide them with the necessary service of property management.
