My wife and I were in the high-tech field, we live in Silicon Valley, I'm in my mid 50s and retired, my wife is still working, we have been married for 18 years and have rehabbed and lived in all four homes. We want to start flipping homes. I have done most of the work myself and have accumulated a lot of talent over the years and we have the resources to start this venture. Being in the bay area I'm sure the competition is tough , so I'm looking for every resource and advantage I can get . Any help would be appreciated .  John/Necia
