Newbie from Stamford, CT looking to increase my knowledge and contribute anyway I can. My goal is to create passive income with Multi-Family/Apartment building rentals utilizing the BRRRR method. Interested in the Fairfield County area of CT. I was introduced to BiggerPockets through podcasts and YouTube interviews. I hope to find my first deal within this upcoming year.
