Hi I'm Demi or Michelle, depending on how acquainted we are :-)  

I am a realtor and new investor in Texas. I've done a few buy and holds and flips in the past and I am starting fresh in creating a new portfolio. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and sharing any relevant knowledge that I have as a real estate professional.
