Hi BP Community! I am the broker of a Real Estate and Property Management Brokerage in the East Bay Area. I am a native of The Bay Area, and my team and I specialize in finding Lease Investments for our clients, underwriting the acquisition of the property, oversee the construction management of the rehab, then manage the commercial or residential property as an experienced Bilingual Property Manager. My main goals of being part of this community is to learn more, expand my personal investment portfolio, and network with new as well as seasoned individuals in the Real Estate Community.
