Hi BiggerPockets community!

My name is Etana and I am a soon to be grad majoring in marketing interested in real estate. My long term goal is to become a real estate developer to give back to lower income/non-amenity filled communities but for now I want to learn how to invest in real estate with no money down (I'm broke with student loans to pay). I am also interested in renovating dilapidated homes and becoming a tenant. So I have a lot on my bucket list and even more to learn. Hoping to reach out to some professionals and/or experienced people who have knowledge to share! :)
