Hi Guys,

My name is Andy, based in Nyc. I am currently looking for real estate investment opportunity in Ny- Tri State area. 

We are particularly interested in single / multifamily sector, with the option to renovate and add value to property. 

Will be happy to talk to anyone like-minded and discuss any potential deals. We could come in as  equity investor, or even an LP.
