I am new to real estate investing ready to jump right in. I have a decade of experience in construction and understand the practical aspects of contracting and getting a property in sellable condition. I look to leverage my talents with others who possess skills & knowledge that I don't have. 

I am looking for partners, mentors and friends within the industry to start immediately pursuing deals. My primary focus will be for rehab/flip properties and moving into a mixed portfolio of flips and rental properties. I will need help from partners with financing and some help and/or instruction on finding available properties.

I am working on obtaining my real estate license and will hopefully have the coursework completed by the end of the year.
