I just recently came across bigger pockets because a friend told me about the website. I'm a 30 year old traveling nurse from kansas and I want more out of life. Ive written down my why(s) and have recently just finished the introduction videos and am now watching the podcasts. I've been devoting an hour a day to watching videos and educating myself, so far  multifamily and house hacking is my current interest and i would like to educate myself through real estate clubs, video's, books, and networking. I don't quite have a path designed to reach my goal yet but am considering investing in the places i've lived in kansas. Any advice as to how to come up with a game plan, strategies, books, or anything to put me in the right direction would be appreciated. I do not have a back ground in real estate but my biggest reason is freedom. I have my freedom amount and now i need a strategy and niche in order to execute my goal.
