Hi my name is Andrew Chu, a 26 year old kid looking to spread my wings in the field of real estate. I have my real estate license for over a year now and a member of BP for a few months, so this introduction is probably long over due. I have been primarily using BP for education purpose. Even though I have my real estate license for over a year, I never have done anything with it and so now I think it's time for me to put it into good use. I have hung my license with a broker who primarily work investors and suggest me to do the same instead of working with first time home buyers. So that's how I came across BP. I am eager to see what the field of real estate and BP has in stored for me! 

It's very nice to meet everyone that is on BP and I am all ears when it comes to tips and advice!
