Thanks for reading... I am considering going into Real Estate. I would appreciate thoughts for two models I am considering: First, go with Re-Max in traditional "Listing and Selling", wanting max commissions in the traditional Real Estate market. Second, considering franchising with HomeVestors which involves more investing, investor sales, rentals, etc. I have a lot of sales and business background but no Real Estate business background, what would you suggest to me... especially with the market and economy being more challenging and possibly changing right now.
