Hey everyone!!! My name is Arick, 25 years old and I am a current student at Sac State majoring in Business. I have been studying and researching real estate investing for 4 years now and I am tired of having analysis paralysis and am ready to actually do a deal. I came here hoping to connect and find others in the same situation and veterans that could help me get into and succeed in Real Estate. I hope to hear from you all and get to know some of you in my area personally. Let's get this train moving!!! :)
