Hi all. My name is Daniel Rodriguez and I joined BiggerPockets after talking to my coworker a few months ago about it. However, it wasn't until episode 192 in the podcasts that I really started to enjoy the podcast and I am really excited about this new career path I am pursuing. I don't have any investment money yet, but hopefully I will be able to get something out of this site that will lead me to where I want to be. I am interested in mutli family, flips and wholesale. Any and all advice is helpful.
