My name is Ted Strzelecki and I am a real estate investor. My main focus is on buy and hold multi and small commercial. I am methodical and patient so when I purchase, the deal is 100% worth it. I would like to meet and network with other like-minded people as well as folks to help facilitate financing for such deals. Having a MA construction license allows me to be cost effective for up-fits or remodels so a flip here and there is always something I am looking for as well.
