Hi !!

I own and rent condotels in Daytona beach Florida.

We own 7 and I manage 8 - so I am solidly into my own rental business.

I have been doing this for 12 years - as we purchased our 1st unit in 2003.

Hoping to hear from other investors who are in a similar business.
