Hello all!  I'm a new member from Paintsville, Kentucky.  I'm interested in short term vacation rentals and I'm totally new to real estate investing.  I live in an economically depressed very rural area and I want to explore the possibilities of long distance real estate investing as a way to overcome those limitations.  I'm a few hours from Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Gatlinburg, TN, and Ashville, NC.
