Forming a LLC as investor in Texas

Currently working with individuals in the industry, real estate agent friends, and construction contractors in setting up a LLC, utilizing financing as well as own capital to turn one house a month beginning next year. Developing business plan, asking questions of family and friends already in the business, starting to look around and get started after the new year. Just waiting on the elections and market to figure out where they are going.
